Do you think the person actually know what's the man/woman is doing and they simply don't care.

This is a tough position to be in. You are Damned if you do and Damned if you don't. If you told your friend, would they believe you? Would you become the enemy? Would they be grateful that you've let them know? Many people say that they would want to know, and that they'd leave their partner etc. But I've seen many times where they don't leave, wish they didn't know, and don't speak to the person who told them. In effect, they blame them for messing with their lives.

Just be certain of what you are accusing their sweetie because it might come back to bite you in the A**!! If anything, if you see them out instead of hawking at them, maybe walk up to them and say hello. It might not be anything at all but two old friends catching up, having lunch or discussing business but all you see is them together. I wouldn't jump to conclusions unless you have the facts and know for sure.....That is how mess starts...Would I tell? Probably not only because I would not be 100% and I feel most people really know when their significant other is sneakin around. Not my business to police their relationship, but that’s just me…
